  1. BTW, the CCP knows how to throttle back air pollution -- but does not do so because running power plant exhaust gases through bag houses costs money. It really is that simple. Decades ago, Red China imported the best Western power plant designs. (Westinghouse & Siemens) When the CCP realized that they could simply divert the exhaust in front of the bag house -- and then save some money -- it was done. Subsequent Red Chinese power plants just don't have bag houses -- so the particulates emitted reach absurd levels -- seen in the video posted.
