  1. I'm surprised you left out IRGC chief Suleimani. MANY nations had him on their kill lists. Israel, USA, KSA... and that's the short list. He got the Tom Clancy "Clear and Present Danger" treatment... and very publicly, too. I rather suspect his successor will prove camera shy.

  2. Caesar KNEW about the hit. But he had a terminal disease. So he actually wanted to be stabbed to death in the Senate. He received MULTIPLE warnings that very day on the way to the Senate! He knew that he would trigger political jujitsu -- that Augustus was in the wings. The Roman public was totally outraged so in no time flat the Senators were running for the hills -- of which Rome has so many.
