  1. The CCP totally corrupted their own economy by forcing every firm in Red China to OVER HIRE and over expand. This is why EVERY firm has pretty rotten profit margins. The CCP's priority has always been to maximize employment -- and to do so at the expense of Capital -- read that to mean: foreigners and their investments. Consequently, EVERY Red Chinese firm has a hollowed out balance sheet. There are NO financially healthy firms. The CCP won't allow anything like the retained earnings Westerners expect. THIS is why the CCP would NEVER allow GAAP accounting// auditing of their corporate sector. ANY significant contraction in Red China's GDP will cause red ink to flow in buckets. The Party is never wrong, and under their guidance, the economy can never contract. But like all brother thieves, they've managed to blow their loot, anyway.
