Crippling the effectiveness of the Black Sea Fleet is as great a blow as the victory north of Kyiv. Ukraine most likely has drone video of the missiles hitting the cruiser. @physiatristonline There is no way that such a ship would be loaded with an atomic weapon. It had no rival in the Black Sea. Putin would want any atomic weapon to be under his absolute control. In any event, Russia uses PAL security for its atomics. The Black Sea is shallow. When conditions permit, the entire vessel could be recovered.
