Step-by-step, Xi is kicking out one big player after another. Red China is decoupling from the West. For-profit-schooling was ended in 2021. The political object was, and remains, to eject Caucasian instructors of English to Han Chinese -- PDQ. For-profit schooling was not a serious factor in music, mathematics... you name it... it was huge just foreign languages.
