  1. The Black Sea is best taken away via land-based anti-naval assets: Harpoons delivered by air. These missiles may no longer have the greatest range, but they are more than sufficient to cripple Russian commercial shipping. Don't give Putin anything that floats -- so that he can then sink it. Under no conditions should NATO ever bring in 'outside' ships into the Black Sea. That would be Putin's PR fantasy come true.
