  1. Putin's mobilization is open-ended. He's sending in the 'People's Army.' ( Think 'Volkssturm' ) Putin does not have police; he has GOONS. Police enforce the law; Goons transgress the law.

  2. Tyrants ALWAYS take it 'all-the-way.' Putin certainly has. Expect the same from: Xi (the Poo), Kim (the brutal), Khamenei (the cleric), Maduro (the bus driver), ... et. al. Why anyone expects a shift in behavior -- is a mystery to me.
