It's being pinched strictly on a short term basis as KSA is engaged -- with Russia -- in a classic price war -- straight from J D Rockefeller's playbook. Fracking is to hydrocarbons what floatation mining did for copper, silver, lead, gold -- it attacks a DRASTICALLY larger resource base. Did you know that European Russia sits atop a frackable horizon that runs from the Urals to Poland? Yeah -- all of it. Putin attacked Ukraine over the latter's importation of American frackers. It's all about his wallet.
