  1. If Moscow implodes, Siberia figures to revert to Red China. The Turks would get very excited. But that's about it. NATO simply does not want Russian turf. So Russia would evolve into a bigger Poland; Orthodox instead of Catholic, but otherwise about the same. Russia would end up doing even more business than ever and its per capita GDP would simply explode upwards without Putin's crazy military pretensions. NATO's budget would collapse, of course. No-one's coming -- at least from the West.
