  1. CC, the shift has ALREADY started. Drone warfare has made the Soviet tank park obsolete. Period. So now, the 'repair' factories are hugely involved in Mad Max adaptations -- especially to include ERA; cope screens. None of the T-62s, which are now THE primary T series undergoing revision, are being used as proper tanks. They are being demoted to infantry carriers. In sum, the T-62s are no longer tanks -- they are infantry taxis... with their barrels fixed like a Stug III.
