  1. What's not mentioned: storing M-1s in mild climates is not so tough on a machine. Storing Tanks in Siberia -- out-doors -- is harsh. Surely such tanks are wasting away at quite a clip. Surprises must await any dictator re-activating them. And then, modern Russian boys are now so tall -- that they can't even fit inside ancient Soviet dimensions.
