  11. The difference between BTS and the western artists is, Bighit puts out the music, and stays out of the rest. It is in the fans hands to support BTS. In the American music industry (I am American, btw), the labels are in charge of getting music to the top of the charts. They give away the music and create bundles and pay the radio stations, disc jockeys, and radio executives to play their artists music. They pay astronomical sums of money to get their artists to the top. Now that the bundles and free music does not count towards the rankings on the chart, they are humiliated at seeing how the support of their artists can’t compete with the fan support of BTS. So the major difference is, BTS fans/ARMY support getting them to the top vs record labels buying their way to the top. Take away pay to play and the western music industry will loose its mind.

So until that source dries up, the charts will only reflect where the money is. Fortunately for BTS, ARMY is out purchasing record labels ! The fact that BB no longer counts bundles and give-aways towards the chart rankings, reflects the fact that western fans cannot compete with BTS fans. We support BTS, whereas the other artists fandoms let the labels buy their way to rule the charts. In fact my one son named his kitten Itachi, and believe me, that is a feline ninja! When I kitty-sit him, he terrorizes my two big cats. He is fearless.... my cats are 3x his size !🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I miss our precious Yoongi, too. I cried when I saw his hologram. I love how they are keeping his presence there in every performance. My sister and my husband both had the same tears in their rotor cuffs. I know it is a long and painful recovery. I bet it will be a year before he is back to dancing, using that arm. But maybe soon we will see him sitting and performing and accepting awards (like the Grammy 😮), and taking part in interviews. Let me know how you are doing. It seems like every time the numbers get better, they ease restrictions and in no time the cases and deaths increase, and they tighten things again. Although we are in the midst of riots from police shootings, so thousands of people are in the streets in mobs. So our cases keep going up and down, due to that. We are in very sad times in this country. Our respect for humanity is in decline, in many different areas. It is a very sad time here. I am happy to hear your safe health practices. I have been keeping myself in my home, and away from people (although I have to admit to taking some baked goods to my neighbor as a thank you for mowing my lawn- but I did wear a mask, and did not go inside their home !).   889. My son is a manager at Costco. He has massive problems with some of the DEI hires. It is not the race, or gender DEIs, but the physical and mentally challenged hires that is the issue. Managers are on salary, and quite frankly they would do much better on hourly pay. Because of some of these hires, his days can be 10-14 hours. This is pretty standard for him now, because HE has to stay to do the work that the DEI hires are not capable of accomplishing. He is so frustrated and now hates the job he once felt so proud and fortunate to have. His respect for the company and the way it is run has sadly taken a drastic change.
