  2. If you look at past human achievements there is without a question of doubt, a pronounced acceleration that has occurred in the last say three hundred years. With so many witness accounts of strange advanced craft and alien encounters, I can only conclude that some kind of extraterrestrial driven development of the human species is underway. My worst fear is that ultimately we are going to be used to bolster a force that is itself facing an alien threat whether from this universe or another similar to the story line of the classic sci fi movie This Island Earth.
