@mikea.6608 The Japanese killed so many people that we don't even talk about it. Think about that for a minute. The estimates are upwards of 30 million between 1937 and 1945. I've spent over a decade in Asia and can state with high confidence that the estimate is most likely insufficient. The stories from the Japanese invaders went along the lines of "we killed everything which was not Japanese". It was the largest bloodletting in human history. The only country they skipped over was Thailand. The efficiency and brutality of the Japanese was the envy of their axis counterparts.
