@mirekslechta7161 lol, this comment aged like sour milk. No, Russia is not "doing very well". Wagner lost how many? Over 50,000 in Bakhmut alone?

I'm just wondering what the Russians are gonna do with these bot networks after they lose.

@mirekslechta7161 That's the report from Wagner.
1
@mirekslechta7161 Wagner alone reported losses of 25,000 in Bakhmut. Another 25,000 of 50,000 prisoners never received pardon. Add the Russian military losses. It's at LEAST 50,000.

@mirekslechta7161 Remind me, which major population center was Russia able to hold onto?

@leonardoorellano6652 That's a misconception of bad reporting. Hypersonic speed is 3,500mph, 1 mile/second if you have your flag on the moon or about 1.6km/second if you don't. Any non-missile vehicle at hypersonic speeds within the atmosphere is considered a hypersonic vehicle, no matter the control capability. Congressional Budget Office; Hypersonic Missile: A missile that travels within the atmosphere (rather than above it) at speeds greater than Mach 5 and that can maneuver in the atmosphere for much of its flight. Hypersonic missiles can take various forms, such as boost-glide missiles or cruise missiles. Thus, technically speaking, “hypersonic” refers only to travel at speeds above Mach 5 within the Earth’s atmosphere. For a missile to be "hypersonic" then it must have control surfaces and not control boosters.

What do you mean "air-breather"? Kinzhal uses solid-propellant. "The term “hypersonic” is now typically used just to refer to two types of weapons that are being developed through contemporary defense programs: hypersonic glide vehicles (HGVs) and hypersonic cruise missiles (HCMs). The Kinzhal is neither."

@pit_viper2013 Interesting. So why were there 6 MiG-31Ks? 3 more just in case? Please. Hey, remind me, which country took out a satellite with a mach 12 missile in 1985?

Side note, the Long-Range Hypersonic Weapon platform (LRHW) has already gone through successful testing and been deployed with 5th Battalion, 3rd Field Artillery Regiment. Raytheon Missiles & Defense and Northrop Grumman, successfully tested the Hypersonic Air-breathing Weapon Concept, or HAWC, for the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and U.S. Air Force in 2021 and 2022. You can go right on believing that it "doesn't exist", right up until the moment it's on your doorstep. The AGM-183A was also successfully tested twice before development shifted to the HACM.

@airaction6423 The US had a mach 10 nuclear missile in 1965 so I'm sure that NATO is already aware.
1
@airaction6423 Ohhh, so you're smoking the copium. You probably shouldn't use words that you don't understand.

@airaction6423 You're... a bit slow, aren't you?

@abs0luteOne That attack consisted of at least 18 total missiles. Get your head out of your ass.

How about you start weeding out the bots?
