  1. Possible scenario; Ukraine concentrates forces in south after Russia moves forces to Donetsk and Luhansk. Nuclear incident causes major contamination of Ukrainian military vehicles. Unlikely but considering Russia's history, still possible.

  2.  @ivangill6597  Even if they waited for winds to shift, there would still be times where it's taken into Russia and Belarus. They are already guilty of multiple crimes against humanity. Causing a nuclear incident would be the end of Russia.
