@NugicusStreetPhotography Even though it's based on a true story, Rolling Stone is calling Sound of Freedom a""QAnon-tinged thriller about child-trafficking designed to appeal to the conscience of a conspiracy-addled boomer". The guy that the movie is about is still out there saving kids, right now.

@NugicusStreetPhotography Cool story except the guy is actually still out there doing it. I'll give you my point of view; I used to transport missionaries and goods to and from Mae Hong Son. It's northern Thailand where there are multiple warring factions and the longest ongoing civil war in history. Thai Army, Triad, Rebel and Burmese checkpoints. The Triads run the Golden Triangle and are very active in the area, running many entire villages. As are the Karen rebels, the Burmese Army and a few other small factions. I've been places where most white people are shot on sight. I've been in areas of combat. I've been places where you can buy a human being for $25. I don't care if you don't like the guy. Calling it a conspiracy theory is absolutely wrong.

@NugicusStreetPhotography Did you miss the part about "based on a true story"? That's not conspiracy theory; de facto, they are wrong. Nobody is perfect, I'm just glad that somebody is finally broaching the subject to the masses.
