  2.  @gondoravalon7540  If there's no probable cause then you're fine. The law is clear, even when people act outside of it. In the FAR majority of instances, you're fine unless YOU have a reason to be afraid of police.

  6. One life sentence is 15-25 years without the possibility of probation or parole. Example, "10 to life" gives possibility of probation after 10 years. Grant Harden got life to 35. He had served 3 years when convicted so he's got 22 more years without the possibility of parole and will be on probation for 10 years after that. The system works this way to give the possibility of reform. Even for people like him... Eye for an eye would make the world blind, so they say.
