The cold hard reality is the NHS is broken because of poor management and little accountability for crazy spending. Don't say doctors and nurse will go elsewhere to work because the majority of nurses already came from other countries for a better life and higher income. If there were better financial opportunities for those foreign nurses, they would be working in other countries already, not the UK. If YOU, personally want to pay double the tax to fund doctors and nurses 40% pay rise demands go ahead. The money can't be pulled from thin air like magic. The pay rises that are demanded in the NHS adds up to 43 Billion. It's not going to happen. There isn't a magic money pot.

They told you to cause delays by endlessly cancelling hospital appointment for the past 2 years. Because the Unions are a big political funder of the Labour party. Suddenly there are no more NHS/Doctors strikes planned? I wonder why? 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔 All the NHS workers were sold a lie by the Unions. Now more people are paying £50 a time to go private. Soon you won't have an NHS job with a nice pension. You will have to work in the private sector. The greed within the NHS has become it's own downfall.

  10.  @baggierols73  Congratulations for proving my points correct. YOU don't want to pay more tax. If you personally do something to stop mass migration we would have more money for the armed forces and the police. It's very true that doctors and nurses come to the UK for better training and because they aren't originally from the UK they are transient and happy to travel to second and third countries after they receive training and qualifications funded by the UK tax payers. I was in hospital this week and there were serious language barriers between staff members due to poor English. The way to resole these issues is to train British people who have family ties to the UK, so most of them wont leave the UK once they become qualified. It's really that simple. Then the UK can reduce the number of nurses and doctors being trained every year because they stay working in the UK in the NHS. Importing poorly trained, poorly spoken English nurses doesn't work. Its not cost effective and doesn't work long term because they move to other countries. Plus the treatment received is sub standard because of the language barrier means they spend more time standing around waiting to ask questions than they do actually nursing. That's not me being unkind, it's just the simple facts/truth.

The investors refuse to build wind farms without a guaranteed revenue subsidy which we are all paying for and now they want even more of our money. Crackpots the lot of them. The eco nutters facts and figures never added up. If their so called cheap green energy actually real, we wouldn't be paying 3x the amount for energy that we were paying 10 years ago.

The tiny amount that a small handful of people can apply for after jumping through hoops won't buy the Ulez compliant car. They all talk about the negative effect that Brussels trade restrictions have on large and small businesses. We should be working together more than ever but Brussels has tied everyone's hands in knots, with pointless over complicated rules and regulations. I can now order items from China to the UK. delivered in 7-10 days without crazy EU restrictions. If I try to buy better quality items made in Germany France Italy Spain it can take 4-6 weeks. Sometimes it's actually impossible to buy certain items from those countries due to the complicated EU export paperwork. That doesn't help the European economy.

Explain it without your constant Pro EU LIES. Explain why the vast majority of the EU member countries are in serious recession while the UK is in upward economic growth? That is based on the EU's own financial data. The EU has a serious economic migrant problem. Yes you might say Germany is processing migrant claims fast than the UK but Germany isn't allowing the economic migrants to stay in Germany. They are removing the migrants as fast as they possibly can. Thank goodness the UK has 26 miles of water between us and the rest of Europe. There is a political storm brewing across Europe with the growing migrants problem. So try sorting out your own economic migrant problem before you preach at the UK.
