  1. Companies need to stop employing people with disruptive tendencies. It's not trendy or cool to have disruptive employees in the workplace. People making special demands and forcing their ideals and views on others. We as a nation fully except that people can identify how they want. Just because we can't guess how people identify doesn't make us bad people. Live and let live, if you want to be accepted in society. Try being pleasant and polite if you want to have equal rights. This highlights the toxic attitude we are seeing on a regular basis. Why can't people just be happy?
