How many times did he get away with other offenses because they were swept under the carpet? I read he had a long track record of lesser offenses that had been hushed up. Yet they still allowed him to work as a police officer. We know there are literally hundreds of active police in the UK who have criminal records and some of those offenses are the worst type of crimes. They are probably the 1% of police that actually get prosecuted for their wrong doings.
