The UK has given move Covid Vaccinations than the rest of the EU combined. So yes the UK is doing better than the EU.

@fingerscrossed2453 Sadly reading and education is not going to help the elderly across the EU27 if Covid comes knocking at the door. Not that i wish harm on anyone.

@WilliamLesourd That is because the UK is recording all deaths of people that had the virus in their system as covid deaths. If EU countries were recording deaths the same way as the UK their numbers would be far higher than the UK's. The pipe dream of the EU having more buying power per capita is a pipe dream that went up in smoke last year with the EU's PPE scandal. Last year Germany kept all the PPE to themselves and this year Germany is buying up vaccinations for themselves.

@WilliamLesourd Please remember the people of the UK love the people of Europe, We dislike the unelected leaders in Brussels. That is why we left the EU. While i will try to bite my tongue regarding anyone calling Brexit selfish. Especially someone from France saying that comment. France has more strikes and protests than any other European country. While you might call those protests selfish? I would call them self protection to fight for the right to earn a living and human rights. As for the EU setting out to punish the UK. The more attacks the EU makes towards the UK, the less people will want to buy from the EU. The UK makes up more than 20% of the EU's exports. When the EU's 27 combined NET exports are only 33 Billion and you consider the UK spends 43 Billion a year on German built cars every year. Trade works both ways and the UK has signed New trade deals with 62 countries in the last 2 years, Plus the UK-EU trade deal, with Zero membership fee to access the EU's Single Market. Brussels bully boy tactics failed to keep the UK inside the EU and there is little Brussels can do to the UK unless they want to risk the UK cancelling the trade deal. Yes the EU is great at self promotion and propaganda to attack the UK. Dont be fooled by the hype because every time you put the EU's propaganda under the microscope it totally falls apart.

@WilliamLesourd Your right the UK does roughly 50% of its trade (buying and selling) with the EU. One thing is certain, that figure will reduce over time. Purely for the fact that the Brussels has spent the last 4 years hurling threats at UK businesses and that has forced them to make changes prior to the end of 2020. UK supermarkets simply dont stock many EU items. Even supermarkets like Aldi and Lidl have found alternative suppliers inside the UK or from outside the EU over the past 4 years. Previously Aldi and Lidl said they would close all their stores in the UK if we left the EU but they both have a large market share inside the UK and the losses would be to much. So they have had to adapt. Now they carry a much wider choice than they did before the 2016 Brexit vote. The same applies to all businesses across the UK over the past 4 years. I'm sure it will be a bumpy ride on both sides. Just remember the normal hard working people of the UK didn't fall out with the normal hard working people of Europe. We just had enough of the political leaders in Brussels.

@Steve Ruddick The Blame for that falls firmly on the WHO and the CCP for covering it all up. A year later the WHO tried to enter China to investigate and they were refused access. Even now they will be carrying out a sham investigation because the genuine facts will never come out of China. Yes in hindsight we could have closed the borders like Taiwan because they understood how China/CCP always covers up these outbreaks, the same as they did with SARS and many others. The CCP will only admit to an outbreak once it has spread outside of Chinas borders and then they cant deny it any longer. If you want to make a stand, you need to stop buying Chinese made goods until the CCP is thrown out. For almost a year the whole world has been suffering because of the CCP. At the same time China is buying up businesses across the globe for pennies in the pound. (cents on the Dollar) Where are the media headlines about that????? At the same time the EU has just done a trade deal with china for Billions of investment. What that really means is China is buying up European companies on mass.

@Steve Ruddick Every government around the world made the same mistakes. They all listen to their top medical professionals that were being fed information by the WHO , that were being controlled by the CCP. Playing the blame game and pointing the finger at Boris isn't going to change anything. Do you think Labour or any other political party in the UK would have done anything differently? No of course the wouldn't. They would have asked the top medical professionals, the same way every government around the world did.

Your not interested in genuine facts or data. Are you talking about the Communist Corbyn clone Starmer? Both of them are multi Millionaires but stand on their Communist podium preaching about equality. LOL Every government in the world would refer to medical professionals and take their advice.

@Steve Ruddick So what is the alternative to the Tories? Because it's not Labour. Labour has been taken over be Anarchists and Communists. Every other political party made a firm stand against the general publics vote for Brexit. I'm not a Tory fan boy. But the Choice is between Communist Extremists running the Labour party or Tories i will take the commons sense vote every time. If there was a logical alternative i would take it.

Have you forgotten Corbyn's Free Everything for Everyone ideals that he was preach in the last general election. Shouting about taxing the rich, when Comrade Corbyn is a Multi Millionaire, who spends most of his time with extremist groups and terrorists. Lets not forget it was Starmers idea to have a second referendum, where the two choices were to Remain or Remain. That is why Labour wont get into power for at least another 10 years. Now they want to bring Old Tony Blair back and they are even talking about Gordon Brown??? . LOL

It wont be an alternative political party and hot swapping someone new into the PM's chair while Brexit and Covid is ongoing wont solve anything. Honestly the only people that attack Boris in the way you have are life long Labour/Lib-Dems/SNP supporters. You call Boris lazy, yet he's been dealing with Covid & Brexit at the same time. So your comments are not based on reality. You call the Tories inept but the UK government has completed new trade deals with 62 countries plus the UK-EU trade deal and more to follow this year. If you were honest about which party you support instead of pretending you dont, maybe people would take you more seriously. Your 100% anti Conservative party biased comments are proof your narrative isnt genuine. The only people that shout to burn everything to the ground and tear everything apart are the Extremist loopy left Anarchists and Communists. Saying those kind of comments are not logical in modern world. Even if you didn't realise that was what you were saying because you have frequented certain political groups and been drawn into their narrative without understanding it.
