  2. The EU Broke International law when it invoked Article 16 of the WA without giving at least 30 days notice to all parties involved. The EU Commission should have given at least 30 days notice before any announcement to The Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, England and the EU's own parliament. It doesn't matter that the EU did a U-Turn because they had already broken International Laws the EU had demanded.
