  2.  @fortheloveof306  I bet your child's school delayed the completion of the assessments until just before your child moves to the next school. Then the school cashes in without having to spend it on your child. Both infant and junior schools have a nasty habit of doing this. The disgusting part is Junior schools often refuse to acknowledge that the assessments have been done so they cash in a second time. Each time the child/school completes the assessments the school get £6,000 that doesn't have to be spent on the child.
