I purchased a PC from Fujitsu. (£1500+, 20 years ago) Didn't work from day one. Literally fought with them for 8 months to get a refund after numerous attempts to repair it. In the end we had to go into the well known store mob handed and they swapped the PC tower with one of the stores display items that was plugged in and working, on the shop floor. 12 months later that Crappy Fujitsu PC was still in the store on the repair shelf. Fujitsu still refused to take it back from Currys/PC world. That was the last time I ever bought any of their products. 4 years later a friend's son, who had just started working in that store recognised my name on the label as they were throwing dozens of Fujitsu PC's into a skip. All because Fujitsu point blank refused all returns or repairs. So I'm sure thousands of customers had the same problem dealing with that scumbag company.
