  1. The crazy thing is the EU didn't show any interest in the French Vaccine company Valneva. Eventually Valneva moved their research and development and started building their manufacturing plant to the UK in September. (with UK funding of course) The big difference is the Valneva vaccine is produced in a totally different way. It allow the vaccine to be adapted quickly to new strains/variants of Covid, using none active/inactivated virus. Making the vaccine much safer to use. It's in it's second stage of testing/trials now. If it passes the trials it could easily become the most important Covid Vaccine in the world for the next decade or more.
