  1. No one will visit Bath to shop. The town's shops and businesses will close and the council will lose a lot more revenue tham they think they will gain from these parking charges. It's already happening in places like Brighton. All the event that bring tourists are being cancelled by the event organisers because of vehicles restrictions and increased charged by Brighton council.l
