  1. Royal mail was only delivering post once every 3-4 weeks. This went on for months. Had to contact my local Conservative MP. He had a face to face meeting and suddenly within a couple of days we got a daily post lady who is brilliant. My complaints to royal mail were ignored for over a year. The moment my MP got involved the problem was fixed. Royal fail even managed to deliver missing parcels that were 6 months late after that. So contact your local MP. My local MP has always been very good.
