It's a good job most of his subscribers to gullible to consider fact checking this dribble. I laughed my head off when Phil mentioned the Erasmus Programme. The UK paid 6 Billion into it and the UK's students got 1 Billion out of it. Next year the new system will give 35,000 UK students £10,000 a year each to study anywhere in the world, not just the EU (compared to Erasmus where the EU only gave £3,000 a year to an average of 10,000 students) Plus the new UK system will only cost 1/10th of the price of Erasmus. Proving Erasmus was another EU SCAM. Phil wont tell you the genuine facts because it wouldn't suit Phil's twisted propaganda.
