The UK's new EU trade deal has Zero Tariffs, Zero Quotas, Access to the Single Market, No ECJ control over the UK, No EU Regulations, Zero membership fee. The remainers said it couldn't be done. Now Phil wants people to believe this Utter Nonsense. LOL

@stephaniewilson3955 Anything i wrote is going to be more fact based than anything Phil has to say. LOL If your failed attempt to defend Phil's deluded propaganda is genuine, then your no better than Phil. P's my comment was almost an exact copy of a tweet from someone in the UK government. Who will know a lot more about it, than you or me.

@65LORDBYRON Now the UK has the access to the EU's single market without paying into it. Plus the UK already has new trade deals with 59 countries in just 2 years. Please tell me what the UK has lost by leaving??? Most of the 59 new trade deals are almost a copy and paste of the EU's trade deals. Now the UK has more trade deals to complete next year. You really need to do some research my friend and then question why is your country paying into the EU? The UK has always been a world leader in financial services. The same UK financial services the EU needs to raise their 1.8 trillion recovery fund. More EU financial businesses have registered new companies in the UK than have moved from the UK into the EU.
2
@notch7139 Nope. LOL. You lost in 2016 and your all still crying about it 4 years later. Yet you call me a loser??? LOL
2
Slater Slater It applies both ways. If the EU breaks UK rules, regulations or doesn't meet UK standards the UK can take the EU to court. That wouldn't be hard because the UK's standards are already higher than the EU's standards.
2
@65LORDBYRON In every negotiation there is give and take. Yes im sure there will be things that are not ideal for the UK or the EU. Both sides will have people that are unhappy.
2
@ahorsewithnoname643 Yes the data proves that more EU financial services have registered NEW businesses at companies house that have never had a base in the UK compared to the number of staff that were moved to the EU to existing businesses to spread the risk and allow the UK's financial sector to carry on trading inside the block next year. LOL. Facts always beat EU Fiction. You should look up the FOI request on this topic. Maybe then you might stop listening to Phil's twisted Pro EU/Anti UK propaganda.

Slater Slater The EU has to follow the UK's regulations and standards on any goods sold to the UK and vise versa from the UK to the EU. The same way any goods sold from one country to another has to meet the buyers standards. That does not mean we are tied to the EU.
2
Slater Slater Again your Wrong. The EU has to follow the UK's regulations and standards on any goods sold to the UK and vise versa from the UK to the EU. The same way any goods sold from one country to another has to meet the buyers standards. That does not mean we are tied to the EU. If the UK sells to Japan/Africa/India/Australia those goods or services have to meet the buyers countries standards. Next year goods going from the UK will need to meet EU standards and EU goods sold to the UK will have to meet UK standards. The same way every country in the world does trade. To say that isn't true means your either poorly informed or your just spreading lies??
2
Slater Slater Why do you always try to make something out of nothing? You are fully aware that is not what it means at all. It means it goes to and arbitration. The same as if the EU sent goods or services to the UK that didn't meet the UK's rules/regulations/laws/standards. It's nothing the UK has to worry about because the UK standards are already higher than the EU's. Exactly the same way all countries have import trade rules and regulations. It is clear you have no interest in genuine facts. Your just here to spread your version of project fear and spread your Pro EU/Anti UK propaganda and lies.
2
Slater Slater If it finds in the UK favour the EU faces sanctions. Haven't you learnt yet. The EU did a trade deal with the UK because it needs the UK. Otherwise the EU would have walked away 4 years ago. The UK makes up 20% of the EU's trade. The EU's Net exports are only 33 Billion a year. The UK spends 43 Billion a year on German built cars alone.
2
Slater Slater And the EU has to follow the UK's rules, regulations, laws & standards. Like every single Import/export around the whole world that happens every day. If the UK or EU upgrades or lowers standards they still need to meet the standards of the country those goods are being sent to. This in no way gives the EU the upper had over the UK. No matter how much spin you want to put on it. The EU cant afford to lose the UK because the UK is the EU's largest customer.
2
Slater Slater Once again i will state the Genuine Facts about Every Single GLOBAL Import and Export. If you sell/send goods or services from any country to another country, you have to meet that countries rules regulations standards laws. Even if you are sending an item from France to Germany (Inside the EU) some things are allowed in France and not allowed in Germany.
2
Slater Slater You have reverted back to the Very Sad Remoaner trick of trying to Cherry Pick a comment and put your own twist to it, in a poor attempt to change the narrative or the meaning. Very Sad. EU Regulations dont apply inside the UK. YOU LOST in 2016. Get over it. NOTHING you say or do will change the fact that we are leaving the failed and corrupt EU project. We were the first (but not the last) to leave the EU sinking ship.
2
Slater Slater Firstly if that is true? Why do you attempt to overturn the Brexit vote? Secondly I personally didn't actually vote in the 2016 referendum but i do respect the outcome of the largest every UK vote to ever take place. Your obviously not stupid because you are capable of trying to twist the narrative, so your fully aware of the genuine meaning of Sovereignty. It means Independence & Freedom. NOT the EU's twisted version of a so called "Sovereign State" of the EU, which are controlled and restricted and punished by the EU when they attempt to do there own thing, for the benefit of their own country.
2
Slater Slater Dont waste my time or yours, attempting to say your not constantly attacking the UK and Brexit while trying to defend the EU.
2
Slater Slater Genuine FACTS always beat Remoaner Pro EU Fiction. Your poor attempt at insults would be laughable if we hadn't heard the same garbage repeated over and over again.
2
WOW.... is that really the best Remaoner argument you can think of? Now were a few days away from January 1st (Brexit Day)

The UK's economy to outstrip Europe in the next 15 years. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2020/12/26/uk-economy-outstrip-europe-next-15-years/

@ab-ym3bf Compared to Phil's narrative which is fairy tails and Zero source. Why is it that after 4 years of being proved wrong every step of the way, remainers are still bitching and crying and making things up. Shouting enough lies in the hopes that something might stick or you might get something half right. The really sad thing is that if any of your predictions actually came true that would still be Anti British Attack. First the story was the UK couldn't do any trade deals on it's own. Millions of jobs would be lost the moment the UK voted to leaving in 2016. Then the UK would take 10 years to do its first trade deal. Now the UK-EU deal is the wrong deal. So far the Pro EU /Anti UK predictions wouldn't keep you in a job as a fortune teller. Even they get things right about 50% of the time.

@65LORDBYRON Iv just posted a couple of links up for you. The UK will thrive and sadly the EU's economy is set to take a dive. The EU's combined Net exports are only 33 Billion a year. The UK spent 43 Billion euros on Germany built cats a year. Escape the EU now my friend, while you still can.
1
Slater Slater Every single comment you make is Pro EU/Anti UK/Anti Brexit/Anti British people. Project Fear was another EU failure. You keep trying to revive it. Attempting to imply the EU is some sort of amazing super state? When the EU project is an economic failure. Year on year the EU's GDP is shrinking. Which should be totally impossible when over 1 Million people move/migrate to the EU every year. That means less money shared between more people year on year. The EU says it is the largest trading block in the world?!?! (An EU play on words that amounts to nothing) While the EU's combined Net exports are only 33 Billion a year!!!! The UK spends 43 Billion a year on German built cars every year. The EU has 450 Million people and the only thing that happens is the EU's 27 remain countries trade with each other. There is no external growth in exports which was the the idea of joining the EU/Economic Union. The EU filters wealth and power from the hard working people Europe to Brussels and the top tier countries like Germany and France etc. Brussels doesn't work for the hard working people of Europe, Brussels works for Brussels. Anyone that says differently is misinformed or telling lies for their own gains.

Slater Slater Everything iv said is Fact based. Unlike your sad attempt to twist the truth to meet your agenda.

Slater Slater Do the research yourself from the EU's own data base. Stop being a Troll. Get a grip and grow up.
