The same German government that has refused to spend the minimum 2% GDP on defense for decades as part of NATO. They aren't laughing now. The whole of the EU is guided/controlled by Germany but the German Government fails at every turn. The whole EU Scam was set up and designed to filter wealth and power and jobs to Germany from all the other EU members. Germany has a very selective memory when it comes to Russian control. It hasn't been that many years since the Berlin Wall came down. Now that German Greed has been their ultimate destruction.
