  1. Any civil "SERVANT" that refuses to do the job they are paid to do should loose their jobs, without compensation or pension contributions. Civil Servants are paid by the UK tax payers to do the job. If they refuse to do the job they are paid to perform they should be instantly sacked and removed from the building. No warnings or second chances. Try turning up to any other job in the public sector and refuse to do your job, see what happens.
