  1. Under the EU's own ECJ precident in law, the EU cant take action on a preposal. The IMB is just a preposal until it is actioned/used. In the case of the IMB, it would only be brought into force if the EU first broke International law by attempting to stop trade inside the Independent United Kingdom after 2020. In that case the UK would have every right to use the IMB to protect trade inside its own borders. So Von der Liar will be fully aware of this fact but still went ahead to make more POINTLESS EU Threats towards the UK and make media headlines to push her own fake narrative.
