  1. The recent poll shows the UK has cut spending in the EU by at least 34% in the past 2 months and we had already reduced spending in the EU last year. When you consider that the UK made up 20% of the EU's total annual trade, it's easy to see the UK has slashed buying from the EU by about 50%. That is a 10% drop in the EU'27's total trade. Im not seeing many EU products on UK supermarket shelves. The supermarkets have had 4+ years to find more reliable supply chains from outside the EU. The same applies to many businesses in the UK. This is all due to the EU Commission hurling constant threats and insults at the UK on an almost daily basis. Combine those EU losses in trade with the cost of the Covid Crisis and their vaccine mess the EU commission created. The UK will be open for the summer and most of the EU27 will be facing a second summer in lockdown.
