@justmythought7658 Do you even understand that without the UK's investment in vaccine companies across Europe, the EU would have been waiting a further 6 months or more before the EU commission got any real volume of vaccines. EU based vaccine companies moved their research and development and manufacturing to the UK because the EU commission refused to help. The UK funded the increased production in the AZ plant in Holland, because the EU commission refused to help. Now the only vaccine company who will deal with the EU is Pfizer and they are charging the EU commission more than double the price for every vaccine. That is because the EU commission is classed as a hostile customer. The whole world knows it.

@justmythought7658 LOL. Don't me laugh. The EU's vaccine procurement was a sick joke. They refused to invest in vaccine companies. So the UK had to. Then the EU stole the vaccines the UK had ordered and paid for months beforehand. Not just from the UK either. The EU commission stole vaccine that were for many countries around the world. That is why so many countries are reducing trade with the EU. So if you think that is a shining example of the way the EU commission works, your deluded.

We just dislike the EU's Unelected Unaccountable EU-Commission Dictatorship. Yes of course the EU Commission try to save face by attempting to paint everyone in the UK as evil people that suddenly dislike everyone that lives under EU control but that simply isn't true. @seankelly3774 Your partially correct. The thing you should note is the UK government/UK tax payers funded the development and testing and manufacturing of many Covid vaccines. The UK funded the increasing manufacturing of vaccines in the Holland. The French vaccine company Valneva moved its research and development and manufacturing to the UK after the French government and the EU Commission refused to help with funding to speed up their research and development. Valneva is a world leader in vaccine development and it produces safer vaccines that can quickly be adapted to new variants/strains. After the despicable treatment of AZ by the EU commission including threats and raiding factories and warehouses, every vaccine company in the world treats the EU commission as a hostile customer. The whole world has been educated about the way the EU commission operates now. You will also find that the Pfizer vaccine and its manufacturing and sales is controlled by the USA. The Pfizer vaccine is produced in the EU under license. Because if Brussels hostility the EU is paying 3-4 times the price for every single vaccine. There is a reason why the UK has been able to roll out it's new booster program out twice as fast as anywhere else in the world. It's because the UK wasn't tied down by the thousands of bureaucrats in the EU. Both Novavax and Valneva have refused to do any further trade talks with the EU Commission and instead decided to talk with individual countries based in the EU. You should also look into a UK company called Emergex. Emergex is set to trial a ground breaking new type of T cell vaccine that is applied with a patch instead of an injection. Plus the UK's Oxford-AZ has been given to more people around the world than any other vaccine and sold at cost price when it was most needed. For that life saving gesture the EU commission treated AZ horrifically. Then the EU restricted/banned the exports of AZ vaccines to many countries around the world who had pre-ordered legitimate vaccines way before the EU commission ordered vaccines from AZ. You talk about backing horses but the UK invested Billions into many vaccine companies, while the EU invested in only one. Sadly that one company failed to produce a viable vaccine. While the UK spread their bets on every single horse in the race. The UK agreed fair vaccine supply contracts with all those companies, while the EU Commission was still arguing with vaccine companies and making desperate demands and threats of legal action they couldn't win. @seekeroftruthandjust It's a table with one leg missing. The UK isn't financially propping up the EU's wonky table. When will you finally wake up to the fact that you are all paying to fund the lavish life styles of the many thousands of staff in Brussels with your own money and you get nothing but rules and regulations and restriction. Yes you are personally paying for them out of your own pocket every day but you gain nothing from the EU Dictatorship. Well nothing but bills and pointless rules to further control every single part of your life and your children's lives.

@seekeroftruthandjust Your desperately trying, yet failing every time. EU MEP's dont make the rules and regulation and laws. The Unelected Unaccountable in Brussels do that. The majority of MEP's just turn up and take their 300 Euro per day and as they enter they are given a piece of paper to tell the which way they should vote. My question is, are you really that daft or are you openly trying to mislead people with you fake comments?

@seekeroftruthandjust You mean the UK isn't throwing Billions away, into the EU any more. Which is why the whole EU financial system is falling apart. At the same time Brussels is flogging a dead horse. They are literally trying to get blood out of a stone. There is more and more Anti EU sentiment growing across the block. In France all the lead parties are all Anti EU. Only a fool would want to be part of that EU sinking ship.

The UK funded 1/3 of the EU's budget for decades. We are not interested in attacking the EU. @MrJudge51 I dont think you understand the UK has FULL ACCESS to the EU's single market without paying a penny. Saving the UK Billions every single year from now on. The UK lost nothing when it left the EU. You say the UK has to follow EU laws but fail to understand that when the EU sells goods to the UK, the EU has to follow UK laws. You mention third country. Yes the UK paid a third of the EU's cash flow budget. If you dont understand the UK is the EU's largest trading partner, for example the UK spends 43-44 Billion a year on German built vehicles every year. Now the UK is FREE to trade with the EU and the rest of the world without restrictions from Brussels. The UK has signed more free trade deals.in the past 12 months than the EU/EEC achieved in 45 years. Yet the EU Commission controlled media still tries to say the UK is having a hard time? You really should look a bit deeper before you repeat fake propaganda.
