  1. A Labour pipe dream. This wont improve the UK housing shortages because we have a 750,000 Net migration every year. So who are these homes for? Grey belt is much more expensive to build on.

  2. Labour councils haven't built new homes over the past 14 years. Even when the councils have millions in revenue from their domestic and commercial rentals. Zero investment from Labour councils across the country.
