  1. What about using a CB radio or VHF/UHF radio? Also I have a fixed Android stereo head unit in my dashboard which is a touch screen, which controls music and hands free calls from my phone and acts as a satnav and at a press of a button it acts as a reversing monitor because I don't have rear windows in my van. Am I allowed to touch the fixed Android head unit? At no point do I touch my phone while driving.
