  2. I agree with you. It’s about the global south finding new independence from Western capitalist imperialism. Some of these countries are socialist, some are nationalist capitalist. But they are all rejecting American domination.

  3. To be fair to them, the masses only really know what is being told to them. The media over exaggerates Iran’s issues and ignores Saudi Arabia’s. The media are only paying attention to SA now that they aren’t playing ball with the USA as much. Marx said “religion is the opiate of the masses.” In the 21st century, media is the opiate of the masses.

  4. I disagree on one point. Both sides would love to have India as an ally. But India is a nationalistic country that will always play both sides. As is their right to do as an independent state. In the event of war, they would totally be neutral.
