  1. I smoked for 10 years from 15 and have been free for 14 years. It still feels great. I don’t people should see smoking as the problem as it’s more nicotine addiction, vaping, patches are all forms of the same thing. Ask a smoker why do the do it and they’ll answer because it relaxes me when I’m stressed but then they smoke when they are relaxed. Relaxed, anxious, hungry, nervous, happy, scared, bored are all queues for getting an addiction hit from NICOTINE.
