  1. what's the interest rate on moneys "invested" in ukraine? Is it crippling, is there an interest holiday period? any new mining project can take years to start extracting, would that time just see interest accruing. i think of my student loan and inability of paying it off, will Ukraine be in the same position?   2. I think trump is looking to gut the government (currently in progress) and disarm congress before the midterms so that when/if they lose seats then the executive doesn't lose grip on power
