I'm disgusted how the Speaker and congressmen have to run their agendas past Trump first. We see Trump in clips, he doesn't come across as being very smart, so is it actually him calling the shots or someone else, another actor hiding in the shadows, Bannon? In the White House he was considered a bit slow, but he is clearly a gangster, a manipulator and a blackmailer in the way he's molded the GOP and the courts. How?
