  1. Have you considered doing a post on tanks, for once? (snark? ME??) I have enjoyed many of your posts for the reasons you give for having made them. With all the reading I had done over the decades it still wasn't clear to me that the one "Wunderwaffe" Germany was lacking was oil, and how that drove Germany's war efforts. I had been long aware that the German surface fleet did not have the oil to stay at sea yet still I didn't see.
