Do not beat yourself up over an error, just update the material and reference the error. In the early days of the internet as a force, the aughts, blog based news sources would be first with the news and very fast at updating, with note of the error, when errors were found. They were so much better than legacy press this way. Those who attacked them were trying to destroy a new medium that was far out performing the old, probably to maintain control of the news. (but who knows) You have earned my trust the same way. Please continue. (And get out of the house more. Go out for a beer on occasion.)
