  1. Search ‘is food a drug’ on Google. You’ll get nothing because big pharma redacts the internet - because if food is a drug (it is the most promknent drug) then less drugs are consumed equaling less ill gotten profits for pharma pigs.

  2. HbA1C test doesn’t account for glycation related to fructose or galactose. People with a good HbA1C test figute they’re good to go and start gobbling fruit and honey etc. which will add to glycation and be deleterious to their health. There is no readily available test for fructose glycation - you’d have to pay thousands of dollars and find a lab willing to do it.
