  46. If I wanted to emigrate to the United States, I wouldn’t expect the government to make available to me an affordable apartment in Manhattan. Emigration to Canada should include cities near the GTA or Sudbury or North Bay which is where Torontonians go when they can’t afford living in the most expensive city in the country. We’ve taken much too much a percentage of the ridiculous amount of 500,000 migrants a year ( double what we used to ).
