The overwhelming majority of Americans have jobs....Period. "If Italians were nothing but criminals, I doubt they'd be considered "white" in the USA." Yes, because there were no white criminals back then. And it doesn't much matter what they're "considered".....Italians are indeed white. Imagine thinking that you can somehow change the race of individuals, based on whether, or not they commit crimes. -_-
