  1. They still need some evidence and som assumptions 🤷‍♂️. Learn about double jeopardy. If they lost the case they don’t get to retry so without a body they sure better have some actual evidence of a crime. Assumptions don’t work in court no matter what you think. Facts and evidence. And beyond reasonable doubt. You guys don’t know how the system works to protect innocent people from prosecution. It’s there for a reason.

  2. Would have to have evidence to get a signed warrant. 🤷‍♂️. You don’t just get a warrant because you want one to intimidate. That would be illegal.
