I believe in the Balkanization of big countries, is the only way, would separate the region and you can the affairs can be run locally and you need DC telling you what to do. Someone said smaller territory is not small government, I said yes it is, I prefer to live and be a citizen of Monaco than the US.

  9. Are there people moving illegally from the US to Canada, I live in the DMV area, my mother hired someone to fix the wall, and the dude was getting money to move illegally to Canada. I think this probably works both ways, people going out of Canada with tourist visas and people going into Canada with tourist visas and illegally.
