  2. What if you lived in for 14 years Brazil and have Brazilian citizenship? I speak portuguese fluently. I know Spain also require do this get citizenship.

Probably they won't unfortinatily my grandmother didn't go after her portugueses citizenship neighter did my grandfather go after his spainish citizenship. If one of done animal that, the whole family would have one or two EU passport(s). I just disagree that expat should be treated the way they are treated.
