I do think Serbia could be a good place for someone with a pension and cannot afford living with 2.000 USD in Seattle and move to Serbia to live better and cheaper.

@Rilex037 in any big US cities you cannot afford life, I am not using Serbia as an example but in my Country if you earned 2.000 USD you are middle class. And it is better to be upper middle class than poor in the US. But do Diligence, and you can go to developing countries for business opportunities too.

@Eisernkreuz it is. I am from Brazil, 2000 dollars you can live very well there, you are in the top one percent. You can also start a business in Serbia, copy a business that did well in the west and doesn't have in Serbia.
